Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between dka88 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("User", "Member"). By accessing, registering, or using any service through the dka88 website, mobile version, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

Our platform is an online betting and casino service operated for entertainment purposes. Account Registration & Management

A personal account is required to enjoy services on dka88. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Please update your details as soon as possible if anything changes.

Registration Requirements

Each person may open only one account; multiple accounts are prohibited.
The name, address, and contact information provided must be genuine and verifiable.
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential and to prevent unauthorized access.
Transferring, selling, or granting access to your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
If suspicious activity is detected on an account, we may request additional information for verification.

Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals above a certain amount, or when we deem it necessary, we may request a government-issued photo ID and proof of address for identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dka88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). We support only designated payment methods. Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer.
Deposit amounts are credited to the account immediately.
We do not charge any deposit fees; however, the payment provider's own charges may apply.

Withdrawal Terms

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
The withdrawal method should preferably match the deposit method.
Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended due to KYC verification or an ongoing investigation.

        Bank Transfer: Transfers to major Bangladeshi commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are supported. Bank transfers may require additional time for the verification process.
      

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

dka88 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These offers are subject to specific terms, and bonuses may be forfeited if the terms are not met.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳14,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms; see the specific offer page for details.
It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
If fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
dka88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
VIP members will receive special offers according to their tier.

VIP Program

dka88's VIP Program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. Tier progression depends on your activity and contributions on the platform.

Bronze

Up to 0.2% weekly cashback. The starting tier of the VIP journey.

Silver

Up to 0.5% weekly cashback. For regular members.

Gold

Up to 0.8% weekly cashback. For senior members.

Platinum

Up to 1.0% weekly cashback. The tier with the highest benefits.

VIP cashback is automatically credited to the account at the end of each designated week. dka88 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

dka88 is committed to operating a fair and safe platform. All our games use verified Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring unbiased and uninfluenced results.

List of Prohibited Activities

Playing games using any bot, script, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or advantages.
Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
Attempting to meet bonus requirements as a group (collusion).
Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
Providing false identity documents or information that cannot be verified.

Consequences: If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be immediately suspended or closed and all balances may be forfeited. In serious cases, law enforcement authorities may be notified.

Betting & Gaming Terms

Various types of games are available on our platform, including sports betting, live casino, and slot games. Specific terms apply to each game category.

Sports Betting

Bets placed before a betting market closes will be considered valid.
We reserve the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds.
If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
We are not responsible for bets not being placed in live betting due to internet disruption.

Casino Games

The outcome of all casino games is determined by independently verified RNG.
In the event of a disconnection during a game, the game provider's server log will be considered final.
Bets already placed in live dealer games cannot be changed.
dka88 reserves the right to correct any incorrect payout caused by a software error.

Losses caused by software issues from a third-party game provider.
Losses resulting from your inadvertent disclosure of your own account credentials.
Force Majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
Periods of temporary service interruption due to technical maintenance or upgrades.

We always strive to ensure uninterrupted service on our platform. However, if a disruption occurs due to any technical or unforeseen reason, appropriate and effective steps will be taken.

Account Closure & Termination

Closure at Your Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the account is closed. You may request a withdrawal of any valid balance.

Closure at Our Discretion

dka88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of Terms violations, fraud, illegal activity, or legal requirements. We are not obligated to provide a reason in such cases.

Self-Exclusion Feature

Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding these terms and conditions or your relationship with dka88 will first be addressed through negotiation. Our support team is always ready to help resolve issues.

Any complaint must first be submitted in writing to support.
After receiving a complaint, a resolution will be attempted within a reasonable time.
If a mutual resolution is not reached, the dispute will be settled through a mediator agreed upon by both parties.
If a claim is found to be groundless or made with harmful intent, the account may be restricted.
